Defective or DOA product
In the unlikely event you receive a product that appears defective, email [email protected]. If we determine the item is defective, we’ll arrange for it to be picked up at our expense and send an identical replacement once it’s returned.
Unopened merchandise
Unopened merchandise may be returned within 45 days for a full refund or credit, less the original shipping cost (including any free-shipping promotion). An RMA number must be obtained first. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Opened merchandise
Opened merchandise may be returned within 45 days of receipt for credit, less the original shipping cost (including any free-shipping promotion). A 15% restocking fee applies if the item appears used and not in new condition. An RMA number must be obtained first, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exceptions
For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted on software, items that come into contact with the mouth or bodily fluids (such as harmonicas, in-ear monitors, and wind instruments), pickups and replacement speakers that have been soldered or installed, certain special-order items, and international orders.
Damaged or lost shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged, note the damage on the carrier’s delivery record in accordance with their policy, keep the merchandise in the original box and packing it arrived in, and contact us immediately so we can arrange a carrier inspection.

Email [email protected] with your order number to request an RMA. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be processed.
