Mixer Gear offers free standard shipping on most orders with no minimum purchase required.
Free shipping exclusions & limitations
Free standard shipping is offered on orders to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and the District of Columbia, excluding purchase orders and packages considered heavy or oversized by the applicable carrier. Free shipping to APO/FPO addresses is limited to 70 lb per box and is subject to the same restrictions as domestic deliveries. Very large or oversized packages — such as PA systems and speaker cabinets that must ship by freight — may require additional shipping charges.
Delivery options
At checkout you can choose from One Day, Two Day, Three Day, or Standard service in most cases. Transit time is counted from the moment your order ships from the warehouse. Orders placed by 11:00 AM Pacific Time on a business day typically ship the same day.
- Standard service — one to five business days from the time the order ships, depending on your location. No weekend delivery; no PO boxes or APO/FPO. A signature may be required.
- Two & Three Day service — the corresponding number of business days from the time the order ships.
- Backorders, special orders, and items shipped directly from the manufacturer ship via standard service.
Packaging
Every item we ship is brand new and factory sealed in its original box. We use recycled packing materials to re-pack smaller items in larger boxes for extra protection in transit.
