The Alessandro Music Series Pro X is less a mass-produced headphone and more a small piece of craftsmanship — each mahogany housing is shaped and curled by hand in Alessandro’s own labs, a process aimed squarely at sonic performance rather than looks alone. That wooden air chamber pairs with a vented diaphragm design to tame frequency resonance and stretch out the bass response, so low end stays controlled instead of muddy.
Inside, the diaphragm itself is a low-mass polymer that’s been de-stressed during manufacturing to pull out more inner detail, with its total mass tuned to cover the full 20kHz bandwidth without breaking up at lower frequencies. Driving that diaphragm are voice-coils wound from ultra-high purity, long-crystal oxygen-free copper (UHPLC) — the same UHPLC used in the connecting cable — working alongside high-power neodymium magnets. The result is a clean, efficient signal path with minimal coloration and a sound stage that feels bigger than the headphone itself.
