Stepping up from the ELX112P, the ELX115P pairs a 15″ woofer with a 1000 W Class D amp to push deeper low end and higher volume into any room. This listing includes two (2) units, ready to go as a full stereo rig for club installs, mobile gigs, or as reinforcement stacked with Live X Subwoofers.
The 15″ EVS-15K woofer works alongside a 1.5″ titanium diaphragm compression driver (DH-1K) for a frequency response of 44 Hz to 20 kHz (-10 dB) and a calculated max SPL of 134 dB – plenty of headroom for a DJ booth or a small-to-mid sized venue. Coverage sits at 90° horizontal by 50° vertical, and the crossover is set at 1.7 kHz for a smooth handoff between drivers.
Each cabinet is built from 9-ply, 15mm braced plywood with a textured paint finish, fronted by an 18GA steel grille in black powdercoat – tough enough for repeated load-in/load-out without babying it. Weighing 24.3 kg (53.57 lbs) per unit, they’re manageable for one person to pole-mount or place on stands for mobile setups, or stack for a permanent install.
Hookup is straightforward on the back panel:
- (2) XLR/TRS combo jacks for mic or line-level sources
- (1) stereo RCA input
- (1) XLR link output for daisy-chaining to another cabinet
