Description
The ART MX524 gives you five inputs and four zone outputs in a single 3U rack space, making it easy to feed different program material to different areas without hauling extra gear. Channels 1-4 use combo XLR/¼” jacks that accept balanced mic or line signals, plus switchable +48V phantom power per channel for condenser mics. Channel 5 rounds things out with RCA line inputs for a CD player, streaming device, or backup source. Every channel gets its own level, bass, and treble control, and can be assigned to any combination of the four zones — handy for a DJ running separate feeds to a dance floor, lounge, and patio, or an install tech covering multiple rooms from one rack.

Frequency response runs 20Hz-22kHz (±2dB) with THD+N under 0.03% at 1kHz, so it stays clean whether it’s driving background music in a restaurant or handling paging duties backstage. Beyond permanent installs like churches, gyms, and boardrooms, the compact 5.1″ x 19″ x 7.5″ footprint and zone-based flexibility also suit mobile DJs who need to split audio between a main room and a secondary space without adding a second full mixer. Backed by a three-year warranty.
