Description
Need a solid stereo mix engine for a DJ booth, house rig, or mobile rack without eating up rack space? The ART MX622 packs three switchable mic/line XLR inputs and three stereo RCA inputs into a single rack space, summing everything down to a polished stereo line-level output. It’s the kind of unglamorous workhorse that lives behind the scenes handling announcer mics, playback sources, or auxiliary line-level gear feeding your main system.
On the front end, each channel gets its own level control with clip indicators so you can gain-stage on the fly, and the mic channels offer switchable 15V phantom power for condenser mics or DI boxes. A two-band master EQ (±12dB at 100Hz and 10kHz) lets you shape the overall tone before it hits your amps or powered speakers. Routing flexibility comes from the effects loop — mono send, stereo return — plus dedicated stereo record outputs for tapping a clean feed to a recorder or streaming interface, independent of your main output level.
Because it’s built into a standard 1U, 19-inch rackmount chassis with an internal power supply, the MX622 drops right into a mobile DJ rack or a fixed installation and just runs — no external wall-wart to lose, no extra bracket needed.
