Description
The ART MX624 isn’t aimed at the booth — it’s built for the install jobs and multi-room setups where a DJ or sound tech needs one box to feed two different areas at once. Six stereo input channels route independently to Zone 1, Zone 2, both, or neither, so you can send background music to a lobby while running a separate program to a stage or conference room from the same rack space.
- Channel 1 doubles as a paging trigger, ducking the other five channels via a front-panel switch — handy for restaurants, gyms, churches, or any venue that needs announcements to cut through music automatically
- Mic inputs on channels 1-3 use balanced XLR connections with switchable pad and independently assignable +48V phantom power per channel
- A front-panel 1/8-inch stereo mini-jack gives you a quick line-in for a phone or portable player without hunting for an adapter
- Each zone output gets its own level, bass, and treble controls, so the two rooms can sound completely different from a single mixer
- Two 1/4-inch TRS bus inputs let you daisy-chain additional MX624 units when six channels aren’t enough
Everything lives in a 1U steel rack chassis with an internal power supply — no wall-wart to lose, no external brick taking up space. At under 5 lbs, it’s light enough to travel with a mobile rig yet solid enough to live permanently in a boardroom or club install.
Whether you’re running background audio through a small club, splitting feeds for a corporate AV setup, or building a paging system for a health club, the MX624 gives you the routing flexibility of a much larger console in a single rack space.
