Description
Whether you’re building out a mobile rig, patching together a club installation, or need reliable line-level mixing for a broadcast setup, the Ashly LX308B gives you eight true stereo channels (or sixteen mono, if you’d rather run it that way) in a single rack space. It’s the kind of workhorse that disappears into a system and just does its job — combining stereo line sources without adding noise or hassle to your signal chain.
Every channel accepts balanced 1/4″ TRS input and gives you dedicated level and pan knobs right on the front panel, so dialing in a mix doesn’t mean digging through menus. Channels 1 and 2 flip between mic and line level, letting you plug a microphone straight in without extra preamp gear — handy for smaller setups or quick add-ons. Each input has its own on/off switch with LED status, so muting a channel mid-set is instant and visual.
Metering is straightforward: two five-segment LED bridges toggle between showing input sums or your Left/Right stereo output, backed by separate clip indicators watching the internal amps for overload. On the output side, you get balanced or unbalanced L/R on 1/4″ TRS, plus an independent mono sum output with its own level control, front-panel headphone monitoring, and pre-master sub in/outs for chaining to another mixer — the Ashly MM508 being a natural pairing.
Built to Ashly’s usual rugged standard and covered by their Five Year Worry-Free Warranty, the LX308B is made to live in a rack and keep working, gig after gig.
